This is different from the other fingering weight yarns because it has a higher percentage of alpaca. It's about 50-50 Alpaca - Icelandic.
The icelandic wool makes the yarn hardy and hold it's shape but with great drape. The alpaca provides loftiness that will keep you warm and a beautiful halo to your knitwear.
Composition: 50% Icelandic, 50% Alpaca (100% of the fiber is sourced in Vermont and supports other local farms)
